A rotating snack concept
Together with KoRo, FORA developed a rotating snack concept that combines premium service with variety. Quarterly changes to sweet and savory snacks provided fresh inspiration in the kitchens of all locations. KoRo's bulk packaging reduced packaging waste, while the snacks, presented in stylish glass jars, simultaneously became part of the high-quality interior design. Crucially, they shared a common set of values: transparent products, organic and vegan options – perfectly aligned with the expectations of a modern community.
High demand, empty glasses
The success of FORA's concept wasn't demonstrated by complicated spreadsheets, but rather by the fill level of the storage jars. The result spoke for itself: the snacks were in such high demand that jars filled in the morning were often empty again by late afternoon – especially when the legendary KoRo pretzels or gummy bears were involved.
The feedback from members was consistently positive, and the quality of the products was perceived as a genuine sign of appreciation. KoRo thus ensured that members ended their day at FORA not only productively, but also satisfied and well-fed.

The partnership between FORA and KoRo is based on a strong shared understanding of their brands: Both brands stand for innovation, quality, and sustainability and aim to rethink existing industry standards. At the same time, clear processes and efficient workflows – from ordering to on-site inventory management – ensured seamless day-to-day collaboration. The snacks were also extremely well-received by members and quickly became an integral part of their daily experience, with the chocolate pretzels and various cookies being particular favorites.
Note : FORA Germany was acquired by another provider and renamed. To reflect the current brand status, this text is written in the past tense. However, the partnership with KoRo continues successfully.
